IMS Forms
Below are links to the appropriate IMS forms. Any questions not addressed in the information area should be directed to 4Help by using the Help Request Form or by calling (540) 231-HELP (4357).
VT PACE
Apply for a Virginia Tech Personal Access for Collaborative E-mail (PACE) account. A front facing @vt.edu address backed by a listserv or exchange resource account.
Sponsored PID
Request a Sponsored (temporary) PID for people who do not qualify for a regular PID such as visiting scholars or people attending summer groups/camps. This form is also used to renew an existing PID.
Signature Authorization
Add a Department Head (Dean/Director) or Department Head Alternate to IMS's signature authorization database. NOTE: if you FAX this form we still need the original copy in the mail for final verification and to scan the signature card.
Group Prefix
Request an Enterprise Directory Group Prefix
Unix USERID
Apply for a Unix USERID for one or more servers (i.e. Batman, Robin, Riddler)
Banner Access
Requests for Banner access are handled online. follow the link below, log onto the IMS websystem and select "Add/Change Administrative System Access"
ED-ID service request
Forms to request an ED_ID service. please read the new service instructions before starting.
